Spectra Support
Join our quarterly online sessions for parents, caregivers, and providers of individuals with autism. Each session starts at 12:00 PM and lasts until 1:00 PM. Future topics will be tailored to the needs and interests of the participants.

Meet Nicole Kindt
​
The sessions will be led by Nicole Kindt, M.S., LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor at Spectra. She uses an eclectic, person-centered approach, including CBT, DBT, and play therapy, to create a supportive environment for clients on their journey to self-discovery.
