Admissions
Spectra School provides individualized instruction to students K-12 with neurodevelopmental disorders alongside social, emotional, and / or behavioral issues. We accept referrals from public agencies (such as the county department of human services and / or school districts) seeking out-of-district placement. All referrals go through our Intake Team where recommendations are made for next steps in the process.
Admission Process
Spectra School admissions criteria includes observation(s) at school, facility visit by family and / or referring agent, current classrooms' needs and staffing, and acceptance by the Intake Team. Students must have an Individualized Education Program (IEP), immunizations, and a current physical. Referring agencies, families, and Spectra staff all need to be on board for a successful transition into our school.
